1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and HappyMPO ("the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our"), governing your access to and use of the website located at https://happympo.cam and all associated services, products, mobile applications, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of HappyMPO's Services, including players from Malaysia and any other jurisdiction in which access to the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law. HappyMPO reserves the right to restrict access from certain jurisdictions at its absolute discretion.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the HappyMPO Platform, used to access Services and manage funds.
• "Balance" — the total amount of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credit, free bet, or bonus amount credited to a User's Account under a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and address verification process required of all Users before withdrawal privileges are activated.
• "Platform" — the HappyMPO website, mobile site, and any associated applications or services operated by Us.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "Prohibited Activity" — any action identified in Clause 10 of these Terms as being in breach of this Agreement.
• "MYR" / "RM" — Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the currency in which all transactions on HappyMPO are denominated.
• "Self-Exclusion" — a voluntary programme whereby a User requests that their access to the Platform be restricted or terminated for a defined or indefinite period.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on HappyMPO, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. HappyMPO strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will terminate any Account where the User is found to be under this age. No exceptions will be made.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of HappyMPO, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless HappyMPO has granted prior written consent.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or other restriction that prevents you from gambling online.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on HappyMPO at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a Prohibited Activity under Clause 10.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any third party. HappyMPO will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to secure your credentials.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

HappyMPO is required by its operating standards and anti-money-laundering ("AML") policies to verify the identity and address of all Users prior to activating full withdrawal privileges. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

You will be required to submit the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identity document: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Driver's License, or Passport photo page.
• Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three (3) months, displaying your full name and address.
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of yourself holding your identity document beside your face, taken at the time of submission.
• Payment method verification: Where required, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used to fund your Account.

KYC verification is typically completed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission. HappyMPO reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, and to delay or suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of verification.

6 Deposits & Payments

HappyMPO accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. All Account Balances are maintained in MYR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• Boost eWallet
• GrabPay
• DuitNow
• FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating banks)
• Direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (from RM20 for e-wallets to RM50 for bank transfers). Maximum deposit limits are subject to the applicable payment method's own limits and HappyMPO's internal risk controls. HappyMPO does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

You warrant that you are the authorised owner of any payment method used to deposit funds. Deposits made from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional verification. HappyMPO does not accept deposits from third parties on behalf of Players.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by HappyMPO subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name and previously used to deposit funds, wherever technically feasible.
• Any active bonus funds and their associated wagering requirements must be either completed or forfeited before a withdrawal request can be submitted against the associated balance.
• HappyMPO reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, as part of its ongoing AML compliance obligations.

Indicative processing times by method are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within approximately 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers within approximately 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers within approximately 15–60 minutes. These are indicative estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand, system maintenance, or pending verification.

HappyMPO reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other Prohibited Activity. In such cases, the Platform will notify the Player and may require additional information before proceeding.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

HappyMPO offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before associated winnings may be withdrawn. Rollover multipliers vary by promotion (typically 10x to 35x the bonus amount). Players should confirm the applicable multiplier before claiming any bonus.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While bonus funds are active, a maximum bet cap applies per spin or round (typically MYR 250–MYR 500). Exceeding this cap may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer table games and other specified games may contribute at a lower rate (10%–20%). Certain games may be excluded from bonus play entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Upon expiry, any unconverted bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are forfeited without notice.
• Bonus Abuse: HappyMPO actively monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including multi-accounting, coordinated wagering strategies, and the use of automated betting systems. Where abuse is detected, HappyMPO reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds, void associated winnings, and permanently close the Account.
• One Welcome Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, once per person, per household, and per device. HappyMPO uses device fingerprinting and IP address analysis to enforce this policy.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting markets offered on HappyMPO are governed by the individual rules of each game or market. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game or market before placing a wager.

With respect to sports betting, the following general principles apply:

• Bets accepted on the Platform are final once confirmed. HappyMPO does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been placed, except where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of an obvious error in quoted odds (a "palpable error"), HappyMPO reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes at its discretion.
• For live in-play betting, bets are accepted subject to live data feed accuracy. HappyMPO is not liable for outcomes arising from data feed delays beyond our reasonable control.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software audited for fairness. Verified RTP figures for individual slot titles are available on request.

HappyMPO does not offer credit to Players. All bets must be funded from the available real-money Balance in the Player's Account at the time the bet is placed.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the HappyMPO Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts (multi-accounting);
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or Platform employees to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder funds through the Platform in violation of applicable anti-money-laundering laws;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using a payment method that is not registered in your name, or using a payment method belonging to a third party;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or the use of stolen payment credentials;
• Systematically exploiting promotional bonuses in a manner not consistent with good-faith recreational gaming ("bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse");
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or technical infrastructure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the HappyMPO Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, interface designs, and compilations thereof ("Platform Content"), is the exclusive property of HappyMPO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works of any Platform Content without HappyMPO's prior written consent.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HappyMPO and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform;
• Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in any content or information provided on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to or use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

HappyMPO's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms limits HappyMPO's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13 Responsible Gambling

HappyMPO is committed to promoting responsible gambling and the protection of vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all Players at no charge through their Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may limit the total amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set a maximum session duration, after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding Players of time elapsed during a gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary cool-off periods (24 hours to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

HappyMPO strictly enforces the minimum age of 21 years for all account holders. We do not knowingly permit access to minors and require identity verification for all accounts.

14 Account Suspension & Termination

HappyMPO reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Where HappyMPO has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other Prohibited Activity;
• Where a User has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so;
• Where required to do so by an applicable law, regulatory requirement, or court order;
• At the User's own request, including upon submission of a self-exclusion request.

Upon Account closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification obligations and any deductions required by applicable law.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

15 Amendments to These Terms

HappyMPO reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Platform (such as a banner notification or email to your registered address) prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which HappyMPO holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by HappyMPO.

Nothing in this Clause prevents HappyMPO from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or enforce any security obligation owed by you.
